Return Policy


Thank you for shopping at Zoolfe Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our policy below for returns and exchanges on our Decor, Kitchen Tools, and Bath items.

1. General Return Conditions

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Decor and Kitchen Tools: These items must be returned in their original condition, free of any damage or signs of use.

  • Bath Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any bath item that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return.

If the product is returned in good, undamaged condition, you will receive a full refund. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear, you will receive a 50% refund of the item’s price. The other 50% will not be refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Used Kitchen Tools and opened Bath Items (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Any items that are clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@zoolfe.com. In your email, please include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Clear photos of the product you received.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved and the item is in good condition, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us at info@zoolfe.com with details and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item.

6. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item is found to be defective or if we sent the incorrect product.
